Terrible . They have kept my deposit money for more than 1 month after our company is fully struck off from the register. During the entire strike off time, they never update us the status. I had to personally check the ACRA
website to get the status , then used it to inform them to refund us. There are no follow up on our daily email when we demanded to see why there is no progress on our refund. They deliberately delay to refund us with many reasons. During our services with them, we were so confused and frustrated. Please be aware and stay away from them
